I consider pretty absurd to design "to love oneself" to be so compliecated and it may take lifetimes.
The abandonement is another very very complicated subject that humans are born too.The biggest problem is one cannot compensate for all this overlaps...And another hypocrisy also oneself is "responsible" with his decisions...
The spiritual path as a human is an absrudly overcomplicated process...This process ruined my life.I end up after 20 years with the feeling that the BIGgest mistake was actually to be born on earth.If it impairs your ways to function as a being day to day then t.The human side of me says earth was not worth the pain, the emotional torture...The only winner is something in the spiritual planes.
